These terms apply to your use of tools.patawise.com (the "Site"), operated by Patawise ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The tools are free for personal and commercial use. You may use the results they produce, such as calculations, URLs and ad copy counts, in your own work and for your clients without attribution.
You agree not to:
- disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers;
- use automated means to scrape or copy the Site's content in bulk;
- copy or republish the Site's written content or design as your own;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.
3. Results are estimates, not advice
The tools perform calculations based on the values you enter and on general formulas. We work hard to make them accurate, but:
- results depend entirely on the accuracy of your inputs;
- platform rules such as advertising character limits can change without notice;
- results are for planning and informational purposes only and are not financial, accounting, legal or tax advice.
Always verify important figures and platform requirements before making business decisions or launching campaigns.
4. No warranty
The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patawise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, code and branding belong to Patawise or its licensors. Third-party names such as Google Ads are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Patawise Tools is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The Site shows ads provided by third parties and links to other websites. We don't control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. In short, tool inputs are processed in your browser and are never sent to us.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or change, add or remove tools at any time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where relevant.
